Terms of Service
These terms explain how we work with you. By paying for or using any GBP Ranker service, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
GBP Ranker is a brand of EleWinza, a GST-registered business in Bengaluru, India (GSTIN: 29BUHPA2474A1Z0). "We", "us" and "GBP Ranker" mean EleWinza trading as GBP Ranker. "You" means the business or person using our services.
2. Our services
We help businesses with their Google Business Profile and local search visibility, including:
- Google Business Profile creation and setup
- Suspension, verification, phone number and ownership or access issues
- Google Business Profile SEO and Google Maps ranking work
- Review growth systems, reporting and related digital marketing
The exact scope, timeline and price of each service are confirmed with you on WhatsApp, email or a call before you pay.
3. No guaranteed results
- Google alone decides rankings, verifications, reinstatements and what appears on Google Maps and Search. No one can guarantee a #1 position or a specific outcome, and we do not.
- We guarantee the work: we do what we agreed, carefully and following Google's guidelines.
- Timelines we share (for example, most suspensions are resolved in 5–10 business days, and ranking usually moves in 4–12 weeks) are typical ranges, not promises.
4. Google-policy-safe work only
- We never buy, write or filter reviews, stuff keywords into business names, or use fake addresses.
- You must give us accurate business information and only ask for genuine reviews from real customers.
- If you ask for work that breaks Google's policies, we may refuse or stop the service.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide correct details, documents and access (such as manager access to your profile) when we ask.
- Reply to our questions in reasonable time. Delays on your side can delay results.
- Keep your login details secure. We will never ask for your Google account password.
6. Payments
- Services are paid in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Payments are made through authorised gateways such as Cashfree, UPI or bank transfer. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- You receive a GST invoice for every payment.
- Prices may change for new orders; any change is shared with you before you pay.
7. Monthly plans and cancellation
- Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing hello@gbp-ranker.com.
- The month already running is not refunded. See our Refund Policy.
8. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver our services. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for decisions and changes made by Google or other platforms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new orders.
