Do I lose my reviews when I'm suspended?
Reviews are hidden while the profile is suspended. In most reinstatements they come back with the profile.
Can I just create a new profile instead?
Usually not a good idea — a second profile for the same business can make things worse. Fixing and reinstating the original is safer.
