Refund Policy
Simple, fair rules for refunds and cancellations. If anything is unclear, message us before you pay.
1. Free Google audit
Our free Google audit on WhatsApp is always free. There is nothing to pay or refund.
2. One-time services
This covers suspension removal, verification, phone number activation, ownership or access recovery and profile creation.
- Full refund if you ask before we start work, within 7 days of payment.
- No refund once work has started, because the final decision on any profile is made by Google, not by us.
- We never promise a specific result. We do promise to do the agreed work carefully and follow Google's guidelines.
3. Monthly plans
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date, and you will not be charged again.
- The month already running is not refunded, because that month's work has already been planned and started.
4. How refunds are paid
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
5. How to ask for a refund or cancel
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@gbp-ranker.com with your name, business name, payment date and invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
