We offer a free Google visibility check for local businesses and paid marketing services (Google Business Profile management, Meta ads, social media, websites). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, our WhatsApp assistant (Kriti) or our growth plan form, and how we use it.

What data we collect

When you use our free visibility check, on our website or on WhatsApp:

• Your name, WhatsApp number and email address
• Your business name, area/city, business type, and your Google Maps link if you share one
• Public information about your business from Google (rating, reviews count, address, phone, website, opening hours, photos count, and your position in Google search results), plus the same public details of nearby competitors
• Your chat messages with our assistant, and the services and call time you choose

When you fill in our 90-day growth plan form:

• Your answers about your business: business type, approximate revenue, customer numbers, average bill value, goals, challenges, marketing budget, preferred services and best time to call

Automatically:

• Your IP address, used to prevent spam and limit misuse
• Whether you opened your report or our emails, so we know whether to follow up

How we use your data

• To create your Google visibility report and send it to you by email
• To reply to you on WhatsApp, book your free call and send booking confirmations and reminders
• To follow up about your report by WhatsApp and email (a few messages over 14 days), unless you opt out
• To prepare a growth plan and contact you about our services if you request it
• To prevent spam and abuse, and to improve our service

We do not sell your personal data.

Your consent and opting out

We collect your details only when you give them to us and agree to be contacted. You can withdraw consent at any time:

• WhatsApp: reply STOP. You’ll receive no further messages, except a confirmation.
• Email: click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email.

Who we share your data with

We use trusted service providers who process data only to provide their service to us:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and our WhatsApp messaging provider, to send and receive WhatsApp messages
• Google (Google Maps Platform), to look up public business information. We send your business name and area; we do not send your phone number or email.
• Anthropic (Claude AI), to write the short summary in your report and, if enabled, to understand chat replies. We send business facts and, occasionally, the text of a chat message.
• Hostinger, which hosts our website and sends our emails
• FluentCRM, our customer database, running on our own website

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We may also share data if the law requires it.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. An anonymised string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public next to it.

Cookies and local storage

Our website uses a few essential browser storage items: to limit how many free checks can be run from one device per day, and to save your growth form answers on your device while you type, so you don’t lose them. These contain no advertising tracking. WordPress also sets standard cookies if you log in or leave a comment.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example videos or maps). Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website, which may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with it.

How long we keep your data

• Visibility check details, reports and chat history: up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
• Growth plan form answers: up to 24 months, or for as long as you are our client and as required for accounting afterwards
• If you opt out, we keep only what’s needed to make sure we don’t contact you again

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy
• Ask us to correct or update it
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you

We use secure (HTTPS) connections and restrict access to your data to our team and the providers listed above. No online service is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our services are meant for business owners and are not intended for anyone under 18.
